1. Digital book ("Startup: Your Path to a Million")
The Book is a digital product delivered via download link after payment. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales of the Book are final and non-refundable once access to the download link has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing the purchase, you request and consent to immediate digital delivery of the Book. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right once digital delivery begins.
If you have trouble accessing your download link, contact us through the contact form at https://tolkachev.net/contact/ and include your Stripe receipt or order reference. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working download link. If we are unable to provide access to the purchased Book after reasonable support efforts, we may issue a refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.
We recommend saving the file to your device immediately after download, as the link may not be resent automatically by email.
2. Free guides
The free Guides are provided free of charge. Because no payment is made for them, no refund applies.
3. Paid consultation ("A Conversation With Me")
3.1 Before the session — rescheduling. You may reschedule your booked Consultation at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, using the contact form at https://tolkachev.net/contact/ or the rescheduling option in the scheduling tool, if available.
3.2 Cancellations at least 24 hours before the session. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and do not want to reschedule, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, unless applicable law requires a different result.
3.3 Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the Consultation is considered reserved for you and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A one-time rescheduling accommodation may be offered at our discretion.
3.4 No-shows. If you do not attend the scheduled Consultation and did not request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered used and no refund is provided, except where required by applicable law.
3.5 After the session. Once the Consultation has taken place, it is final and non-refundable. The Consultation is a one-time personal conversation, not an ongoing service, and cannot be "undone" after delivery.
3.6 Nature of the service. As described in the Terms of Service, the Consultation is a personal conversation based on Sergey Tolkachev's own experience. It is not a financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, immigration, medical, or other professional advisory service. Refunds are not available solely because you are dissatisfied with the content, opinions, or outcome of the conversation, except where required by applicable law.
4. How to request support, a reschedule, or a refund
We do not publish an email address on this Site. To request help accessing a download, reschedule a Consultation, cancel a Consultation, or request a refund where available, please use the contact form at https://tolkachev.net/contact/ and include your Stripe receipt or order reference.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Refund timing depends on Stripe, your bank, card network, and payment method, but often takes several business days after the refund is processed.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
We encourage you to contact us through the contact form before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback does not expand the refund rights described in this Policy, but nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under card-network rules or applicable law.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
